Returns & Refund Policy

I hope you love your UBeeU purchase.

Every UBeeU piece is individually handmade, making each one unique. Small variations, occasional tiny air bubbles and subtle differences in colour or finish are a natural part of the handmade process and add to the character of every piece.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you've received the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the item and the packaging. I'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Change of mind

If you've changed your mind, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Personalised and custom-made items

Personalised or custom-made items are created especially for you and therefore cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method as soon as possible.
